Step-by-step - what has to be done

1. Students download app and teachers register. The website contrasts different perspectives on current news topics which teachers can discuss with the students. Teachers in pilot schools are given intensive support and receive instructions and teaching examples.
It is designed for German school students, but how can it be extended to adult learners with a migrant background who are starting to develop new digital skills? Only by a German version? Or by integrate it into orientation courses?

Learning Outcomes - which skills are adressed?

- Media competence and literacy.
- Critical handling of the media, for instance how to differentiate fake news and news.
Teachers have the opportunity to design lessons interactively qnd digitally. Moreover they can continuously include current topics.
